We do not cut corners when it comes to developing properties. We work with many of the same subcontractors across projects which provides for consistency and reliability. 

Draper partners with investors seeking to diversify and invest in real estate. We identify properties with a value-add component and raise equity to acquire and develop the asset. 

Our goal is to achieve consistent risk adjusted returns for our investors commensurate with the economic environment and scope of work. And we invest our own capital alongside our investors on every deal.
